LA AUTORIDAD INTERNA

En el Bio-Diseño Humano, cuando se hace una lectura de tu diseño, la información más esencial es saber cual es tu tipo, tu estrategia, tu perfil y tu autoridad interna.


¿Que es la autoridad Interna?

Es la voz de tu sabiduria interna, que está en contacto con la verdad de tu Ser, y te guia a la hora de tomar decisiones adecuda para ti. Te orienta hacia el camino y la dirección correcta para vivir en sintonia contigo.


¿Cuantos tipos de autoridad interna hay?

Existen cinco tipos de autoridad interna.

  1. Emocional
  2. Sacral
  3. Bazo
  4. Centro-G
  5. Voluntad

¿Como funciona cada autoridad?

Si tu autoridad es EMOCIONAL, la clave es la ESPERA, tomarte un tiempo antes de tomar cualquier decisión. Esto te asegura PROFUNDIDAD Y MADUREZ en la decisión que tomes. Consulta con la almohada, y tomate tiempo antes de inclinarte por una dirección u otra. Puedes decir a tu entorno, ¿Esta bien si te contesto mañana?, y acostumbrar a las persoans de tu alrededor a esperar por tu claridad y tu decisión.

Si tu autoridad es SACRAL, la clave es preguntarte cada vez que quieras decicir algo, y que esas PREGUNTAS se puedan responder con un SI o un NO, por ejemplo, ¿Es bueno para mi cambiar de trabajo?, en vez de ¿Estoy agusto con mi trabajo?. Sera el segundo chakra, el sacral, el que expresará expansión (como un SI), o contracción (como un NO).



Si tu autoridad es el BAZO la clave es la PRIMERA IMPRESION, es decir, la verdad para ti se expresará a través de la consciencia instintiva, que es más primaria, y solo se manifiesta una vez, a través de tu primer impulso, de lo espontaneo y lo impulsivo que surge o acontece en ti, cada vez que te hacen una pregunta, propuesta o invitación.

Si tu autoridad es el CENTRO-G, la clave es sentir la ARMONIA, el EQUILIBRIO, la PAZ que te genera un camino u otro, una decisión u otra. Esta es la voz del corazón, el corazón del ser, desde donde sentimos nuestra autoestima sana y el amor incondicional.

Y si tu autoridad es la VOLUNTAD, la clave es tu FUERZA, tu DETERMINACION, en que camino notas que sientes más fortaleza y empuje hacia adelante. Esta es la voz del corazón fisico, del esfuerzo, de la fuerza de voluntad, y se despierta en este centro una fortaleza inmensa cuando hay una fuerte y sana motivación, cuando se hacen las cosas por una buena causa. 


¿La mente puede ser una autoridad interna?

No. La mente no está diseñada para tomar decisiones, ni para guiarnos en el presente acerca de cual es el camino más coherente con nuestra naturaleza. La mente en el Bio-Diseño Humano sirve para planificar, organizar, y es maravillosa reflexionando sobre los hechos ocurridos en el pasado y siendo nutritiva para sacar conclusiones acerca los aprendizajes obtenidos.

Tambien el centro mental coloreado puede ser una autoridad externa para los demás, dandoles consejos u orientación saludable, si los demás lo solicitan y piden asi. Pero respecto a las decisiones sobre nuestro presente, la mente es una ignorante absoluta.


Practica y vive en sintonia con tu esencia. Escucha la voz de tu autoridad interna, y comprobarás como tu vida se vuelve un espacio más agradable, y facil.
