MEDITACION SANAR LA PAREJA

MEDITACIÓN, COMPLETANDO LAS RELACIONES DE PAREJA:

 

Cierra los ojos, siéntate cómodamente con la espalda recta.

 

Deja a un lado las cosas del día a día, las cosas que te preocupan y permite que estas vayan a la parte trasera de la cabeza, tomando distancia de ti, permitiendo que esto pase despacito y fácilmente¸ sin hacer ningún esfuerzo.

 

Ahora recuerda a esa persona que fue o es importante en tu vida, que fue o es tu pareja. Permite que la imagen de esta persona aparezca delante de ti.

Tomate un momento para ver y recordar a esta persona con tus ojos cerrados. Imagínate que ves a esta persona delante de ti, mira lo que sietes cuando ves a esta persona.

 

Ahora imagina que le dices a esta persona:

Si tú eres adecuado para mi tal y como eres.

Tú eres o fuiste la pareja adecuada para mí exactamente como eres.


Nota si puedes decirle estas frases sinceramente y siente lo que pasa dentro de ti cuando dices esto.


 

Ahora imagina que ves el pasado de esta persona y que ves sus padres detrás de él o ella, su padre y su madre y le dices:

Respeto a tus padres, son adecuados para ti y son tan buenos como los míos.

Si te conviertes como tus padres esta bien para mí.


Nota otra vez si lo puedes decir sinceramente y lo que pasa dentro de ti cuando lo dices.

 

Después dile a la otra persona dentro de tu corazón:

Estoy de acuerdo con todo lo que traes de tu familia, lo respeto.

Respeto lo que no es o no fue posible entre nosotros.


Nota si lo puedes decir sinceramente y mira lo que pasa dentro de ti cuando lo dices.

Si hay algún dolor o algún desacuerdo permítelo, siéntelo y nota cualquier expectativa en ti.

 

Después dile:

Ni tu ni yo somos extraordinarios, los dos somos normales.


 

Después dile:

Si, eres adecuado tal y como eres y te respeto tal y como eres con todas las diferencias, te respeto porque eres diferente.


Ahora por un momento siente el centro de tu corazón, solamente el centro y siente todas las diferencias y todas las emociones.

 

Despacito vuelve al presente, donde estas sentado.

Tomate un tiempo para ti.
