EJERCICIO SISTEMICO - MAS ALLA DEL MIEDO

Ejercicio para transformar el miedo del pasado.


Existe el miedo, como emoción primaria. Este miedo me impulsa a actuar, está en sintonia con el presente y me pone en movimiento, con el fin de afrontar una amenaza o un peligro real. La acción me llevara a luchar o huir, según cual sea la respuesta más adaptativa a la amenaza.

Sin embargo, la mayoria de las veces, el miedo que sentimos en nuestro dia a dia, se trata de una emoción secundaria, que me lleva a evitar la acción, que me paraliza o me inmoviliza, y a menudo atrae a mi vida aquello que temo, hasta que se termina materializando.
Este miedo, suele venir de la infancia, de experiencias que hemos vivido siendo niños. Miedos que se han quedado grabados de forma distorsionada, y que suelen mostrar experiencias no resueltas de nuestros ancestros.

Por ello, te propongo hacer un ejercicio para ir más alla de este miedo secundario.

Y para ello, es importante conectar con nuestra parte adulta, sentir nuestra espalda recta, los pies enraizados en el suelo, y recordarnos, Ahora soy autonoma, soy adulta. De esta forma podemos mirar al miedo de igual a igual, y mirarlo a los ojos.

Te invito a coger dos papeles, en uno escribes tu nombre y en el otro papel escribes "mi miedo". Ahora, los colocas en el suelo, uno enfrente del otro, a una cierta distancia. Y elijes una ventana, o un cuadro, que represente la Vida.

Te centras.

Ahora, vas a ponerte encima del papel que te representa a ti, y una vez centrada, cierras los ojos y te dejas sentir. Sin intención, observas tu sensación corporal, la emoción que te acompaña y te abres a recibir la información que vaya apareciendo, quiza te venga alguna imagen, o alguna frase, simplemente vas recibiendo cualquier cosa que aparezca.

Puedes observar hacia donde se dirige tu mirada, esto nos indica con que estás conectada.Si miras al suelo, esto muestra un muerto de tu sistema, entonces, vas a poner un pañuelo o algun objeto en el sulo, hacia donde miras, y le dices, "Te honro. Ahora te veo, y te llevo en mi corazón. 

Luego te preguntas ¿Cuantos años tengo?, ¿Que echo en falta?.

Sales del papel, te sacudes el cuerpo ligeramente.

Ahora te colocas sobre el papel del miedo, y haces lo mismo. Te centras y te dejas sentir, como un espacio vacio, lo que vaya apareciendo, en tu sensación corporal, en tu emoción, a traves de imagenes, palabras o comportamientos. 

Le preguntas ¿Como te llamas?, ¿Para que estas en mi vida?, ¿Que necesitas de mi?

Y ahora vuelves de nuevo al papel con tu nombre, mirando al miedo.

Y dices:
"Ahora soy grande.
Lo que paso, ya termino. 
El pasado ha pasado.
Tomo el aprendizaje.
Y cambias la postura corporal que tenias, te estiras, te relajas, te haces grande.
Ahora elijo vivir. 
Ahora decido ir hacia la VIda.
Me quiero como soy."
