EJERCICIO SISTEMICO- LA FUSION CON LA MISION

Ejercicio para conectar con nuestra misión

Al igual que las celulas de nuestro cuerpo, que tienen una misión especifica al servicio de la Salud Integral, tambien nosotros como seres humanos, tenemos una misión individual, al servicio del Destino Colectivo. 

Por ello, contamos con un instinto de proposito, que nos guia hacia el encuentro de nuestra misión.

Para hacer el ejercicio, te invito a coger tres papelitos y un boli, y escribir en el primero, tu nombre, en el segundo "mi misión primordial", y en el tercero, "el obstaculo". Una vez escritos, los colocas en el suelo, tal y como tu lo sientas, algo alejados entre si.

Antes de empezar el ejercicio, te colocas de pie, con la espalda recta y los pies bien enraizados en el suelo, y te centras. 

Con la mente lo más abierta posible, sueltas cualquier expectativa o imagen previa que puedas tener.

Cuando te sientas preparada, te colocas sobre el papel que lleva tu nombre, y dejas que el cuerpo tome la posición que sea natural para ti. Observas como es estar ahi. Percibes tu fuerza, cuanta fortaleza notas en tu sensación corporal. Y notas hacia donde se dirige tu mirada, si sientes curiosidad e interes en el papel de la misión o por el contrario, hay algo que llama más tu atención.

Observas cualquier cosa que ocurra en las emociones, sensaciones o en tus imagenes internas.

Despues de un rato, sales del papel, te sacudes ligeramente, y te colocas sobre el papel de  "mi mision primordial".

Existe un iman o campo energetico que os une a la misión y a ti. 

Observas como es estar estar ahi, y preguntas ¿Como te llamas?, ¿Para que existes?, ¿Cual es tu función?, ¿Que te hace feliz?. 

Escuchas las respuestas. 

Y ahora te colocas sobre el papel del obstaculo, y te dejas sentir la sensación corporal que notas al estar ahi. 

Le digo Si a lo que siento, tal como lo siento.
Mira como es decir "Veo mi amor ciego. Te veo. Te honro. Aqui siento que pertenezco. Me siento inocente."

Si la mirada va hacia el suelo, pones un cojin, o un objeto, alli donde va tu mirada, y le dices, "Te veo, te libero de mi, te tomo en mi corazón".

Y dices "Ahora soy Adulta. Me abro a algo más grande. Para honrar el pasado, elijo sacar provecho de mi presente".

Y te vuelves a colocar en el papel de tu nombre, mirando hacia la misión, incluyendo toda la información que has recibido y tomando en tu corazón todas las sensaciones.

Con la mirada puesta en tu misión, dices "Me entrego. Me rindo. Suelto el pasado. Ya está todo pagado. Agradezco al pasado, que es el fertilizante de mi presente. Me abro al nuevo compromiso"

Y si sientes el movimiento hacia la misión, lo sigues, y vas hacia ella. 

Si de forma natural, avanzas hacia el papel de la misión, te colocas encima, y te dejas sentir como es estar ahi.
